The carvings on 82 Steles in the Temple of Literature need to be translated before being submitted to the Asia Pacific Region’s UNSECO office in November.

A complete profile in Vietnamese and another in English telling the history of Literature Temple are required along with photos and the introduction of the steles in English.

With the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UNESCO Vietnam National Committee, Hanoi has decided to register the 82 Steles in the Temple of Literature into the region’s “World Memory” programme.
