Five celebrity chefs have arrived in Ho Chi Minh City to show off their cooking skills at a special four-day Masters of Food & Wine event which began at the park Hyatt Sai Gon on September 3.

The five chefs include Kiyomi Mikuni, Japan’s leading French chef from Tokyo-based Hotel de Mikuni, Greg Doyle and Grant King from the Pier Restaurant, at the top of Sydney’s dining list for the past 15 years, Ron Blauuw from Palazzo, Amsterdam and Gottfried Schuetzenberger from the Grand Hyatt Singapore, who won his third Pastry Chef of the Year title at the World Gourment Summit Awards of Excellence 2008.
