Addressing the ceremony, Colonel Pham Duy Phe, Defence Attaché from the Vietnamese embassy in Germany, reviewed the achievements recorded in the past 66 years of building, fighting and developing the Vietnam People’s Army.

On this occasion, Consul Phan Y Nhi announced the embassy’s decision to present a certificate of merit to the executive board of the Vietnam War Veterans’ Association for its positive contributions to Vietnam Year in Germany.

Different music bands coming from Berlin, Hannover, Dessau and Frankfurt, played unforgettable songs in praise of the homeland.
