The information was released at a press conference in Hanoi on November 17. Performances will include classical, world and jazz by artists across the European Union.
The event will mark the 20th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the EU and Vietnam (November 28, 1990-November 28, 2010).
Ambassador and head of the EU Delegation in Vietnam, Sean Doyle, said the event will set a wonderful example for strengthening diplomatic ties between the EU and Vietnam.
Over the past 20 years, EU-Vietnam relations have developed well and both continue to strengthen cooperation in all fields. Major events like this festival will further enhance the relations between the EU and Vietnam.
The event will be held at Hanoi Opera House on November 26 and in HCM City on November 28. Tickets will be available at Goethe Institute at 56-58 Nguyen Thai Hoc street from November 22.
