The Hanoi Spring Festival took place on the morning of February 17 at Ly Thai To garden, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square and Ba Trieu-Hang Khay crossroads. Organised by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Information (DCI) and other relevant departments, the festival attracted around 2,000 paraders and 18 art troupes from districts and precincts.
