The central province of Quang Nam’s Hoi An town is to strike up a friendship with Australia’s Kiama city following an agreement signed by the two localities on November 25.

They will boost their cooperation in economy, culture, education and tourism.

Kiama will help Hoi An in treating disabled children and training tourism, architecture and mechanical engineering personnel while Hoi An will help introduce some products of Kiama to Vietnam.
