Pham Thuy Vy Victoria, a 20-year-old girl, from California, USA, won the Miss Sports title at the Miss Vietnam World 2010 pageant on August 12.

She was awarded a prize worth VND30 million and won the right to be in the top 15 at the final round of the beauty contest.

Thuy Vi is 1m71 tall, weighs 47kg and has body measurements of 83-60-88.

At the sports event, contestants were divided into 6 teams and took part in three competitions, including a relay race, water-polo and dribbling and kicking the ball into a net.

Candidates continue to compete in other events including Miss Beach, Miss Talent, Miss Fashion and Miss Ao Dai to enter the top 15 in the Miss Vietnam World 2010 contest.
