The Department for Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA), Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the Cultural Heritage Department launched a photo contest and exhibition themed “Vietnam’s world heritages”.
The contest aims to popularize, preserve and promote the value of Vietnam’s natural heritages as well as tangible and intangible cultural heritages that have been recognized by the UNESCO, including Complex of ancient Hue citadel, Ha Long Bay, My Son relic site, Hoi An ancient town, Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park, Thang Long royal citadel, Hue royal court music, cultural space of Tay Nguyen's Gongs, Bac Ninh love duet singing, Tru singing, and Giong festival in Phu Dong and Soc temples.
