HCM City’s three parks, September 23, Gia Dinh and Le Van Tam, showcased many colourful flowers and ornamental flora on January 30.

Many ornamental floral artists from Dong Thap, Ben Tre, Da Lat, Binh Dinh and HCM City brought their best works to display in the markets, attracting the attention of both local and foreign visitors.
