This is the first time a toy exhibition for poor children in rural areas has been held in Muong Khen, Tan Lac district, in the mountainous northern province of Hoa Binh.

The exhibition was organised by the Centre for Helping Poor and Disabled Children (Cenforchil) in coordination with the Hoa Binh Union of Science and Technology Association and the Tan Lac district People’s Committee.
