Phuong Nam Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Can Tho

The monastery was built with Buddhism architecture of the Ly – Tran Dynasties costing 145 billion. The construction covers the area of four hectares and it is located in My Khanh Commune, Phong Dien District, Can Tho City.  It is the ideal place for those who are keen on visiting pagodas and carrying out their worshipping. There are 500 Buddhists, 9 – storey tower, 1 library, a guest – house, a health room and other items which are included in the architecture of the monastery.

Chon Khong Monastery

The monastery was built in 1966 and it is located in the slopes of Big Mountain. It is one of the most well-known monasteries in Vung Tau that attracts a lot of tourists every year. The main infrastructure of the construction includes: The Main Tower, the Main Hall, bell tower, the meditation hall, the nuns’hall and the guest house.

Thuong Chieu Monastery

Thuong Chieu monastery was built on August, 1974 in Phuoc Thai village, Dong Nai province.

It is one of the most famous and beautiful monasteries in Southern Vietnam in general and in Lam Dong in particular. The monastery was designed by a new style of architecture. It is simple in its from but modern in structure and use. Therefore, the construction is not only an ideal place for meditation but also an attraction to visit and explore.
