A concert entitle “Dem hoa am – Tinh yeu hoa hop” (Night of musical harmony – abiding love) was held in the Lan Anh Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on February 21 to mark the 16th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).

Among participants were famous artists and bands from the RoK such as MC Chi Sunkyu, Miss Korea 2004 Han Kyungjin, singers Kang Chanswan, Yu Junghyun and Jazz band Holyone. Vietnam was represented by pop singer Lam Truong.

The concert, which was co-organised by Han Viet Media and the Present – a non-governmental organisation from the RoK, raised nearly VND80 million for orphaned children and poor families of Vietnamese women who got married to men from the RoK.
