This is a good news for Vietnam Archeology and culture research as well as for Vietnam travel.
The Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced initial results on August 17 after two months of archeological excavation.
Hundreds of artifacts, including ceramics, bricks, tiles and bases of porcelain bowls and plates dating back from the 18 th century to 20 th century have been found at the site.
Doc. Nguyen Tien Dong from the Institute of Archeology said that uncovered objects found at the site suggest that the 168 sq.metre communal house was built in the late 18 th century.
