At the closing ceremony, the organising board commended 28 farmers, who achieved outstanding success in coffee production. The farmers hailed from Krong Buk, Krong Nang, Ea H’Leo, Krong Ana, Ea Kar, Krong Pach districts and Buon Ma Thuot city.
In addition, 25 gold cups were awarded to businesses for their high-quality brands, 300 individuals and farmer households were honoured, and the 16 most impressive booths in the festival were rewarded by the organising board.
Other highlights of the festival included seminars on coffee and the opening of the first coffee transaction of the new Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Exchange Centre (BCEC), which is the first such facility for businesses and farmers in Vietnam.
The festival made a great contribution to developing the Vietnamese coffee brand name and integrating it into the world market.
