Implementing the plan Making VietJetAir Become the Most Favorite New-generation Airline in Vietnam and the Region, VietJetAir announced increasing flights and opening more routes this summer to serve the increasing travel demand of Vietnam and international tourists with economic and effective costs.

VietJetAir will launch two new routes HCMC-Danang on April 27, 2012 and Ha Noi-Nha Trang on May 19, 2012. The former route will have the frequency of 2 flights per day while the latter of 1 flight per day.

In addition, interesting news for the passengers who often travel from HCMC to Hanoi is that VietJetAir also increases the frequency of this route up to 8 round trips per day since April 27, 2012.

“With the introduction of the new routes to exploit and increasing flights to the existing routes, VietJetAir expects to meet the travel demand of the businessman and tourists because they will have more choices of flight time, flight paths, and the proper price for their journey. Therefore, the passengers will save their time and costs thanks to the possibility of going to and back within a day among different location”. Representatives from VietJetAir said

VietJetAir officially joined Vietnam airline market at the end of 2011 with the main route as HCMC-Hanoi. After more than 2 months of operation, the company has launched 360 flights, transporting over 40,000 passengers. VietJetAir is scheduled to exploit more local and international routes within the year of 2012.
