EVA Air offers very few flights to Vietnam via the two biggest international airports in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Most of these flights are not direct flights and have to land in Taipei before passengers are transferred to other flights to Vietnam. There is only one direct route from Taipei to Hanoi, with the frequency of 4 flights a week at 9.05 (Taipei time) every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

There are more flights on the route from Taipei to Ho Chi Minh City with one daily flight at 9.20 (Taipei time) and another flight at 7.20 on every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. There are also direct flights from Kaohsiung (Taiwan) to Vietnam with flights on Tuesday and Saturday at 9.00 (Kaohsiung time) to Ho Chi Minh City, and one another flight on Monday, Thursday and Sunday at 7.05 (Kaohsiung) to Hanoi.
