On Aug 31 2009, in Ho Chi Minh city took place the Le Maridien Sai Gon hotel management contract signing ceremony between Tien Phuoc & 990 Limited company and Starwood Group.

Le Meridien Sain Gon has total capital investment 120 million dollars, built on 3.236 square meters, right on Ton Duc Thang Street, the front of the hotel faces to Sai Gon river, opposite to Thu Thiem apartment, Ho Chi Minh city.

It is a 23 storey hotel with 3 basements; the square is up to 43.625 square meters. Designed elegant, charming, modern architecture to attain 5 stars, included 357 rooms and 13.972m2 for rental office purpose.

When finishing (II quarter, 2011), it will be the highlight which distribute to this modern city. The owner  of the project Le Maridien Sai Gon is Tien Phuoc Limited Company and 990 Trading Production and Service (Ho Chi Minh city Police Service).
