Van Nam is a name of a city in China. When being heard this name for the first time, almost any guests think it must be a Chinese restaurant. In fact, however, when entering Van Nam restaurant, all the guests were surprised because of its designed style and food processing methods that are very close to Vietnamese style.

Since its foundation in 1994, Van Nam has confirmed firmly its reputation in the heart of the guests already visited our restaurant. With an extensive menu up to more than 200 delicious dishes, Van Nam Restaurant promises to offer guests the new sense of the traditional culinary art. 

Sitting in the luxurious dining room with the elegant and fine decoration, the guests can choose the fresh and delicious dishes. Van Nam restaurant is famous for the specialty namely "Dragon King Seafood". They are nutritious dishes and extremely good for guests’ health and recovery. To have the special dish with the name "Dragon King Seafood", the chiefs must be very careful from selecting the input materials to processing them.

To have the delicious dish of "Dragon King Seafood", the stage of choosing the input materials must be implemented carefully. The main ingredients of "Dragon King Seafood" include: chicken’s feet, chicken bones, lean meat, salted leg of pork, chicken, and so on. Then the mixture of these ingredients will be simmered for 8 hours. Next, their stock will be cooked with the abalone, fish’s fin, holothurians, chicken meat, scallops, etc. After finishing, this special dish will have a shiny brown color shaking like as the honey with the sweet taste of the stock and other nutrients.   

Besides the dish with name of "Sea Dragon King", Van Nam Restaurant also offers guests other popular dishes such as turtle hot pot, fried eggs, salted shrimp, sea-fresh spring rolls, Fujian spring rolls, Hanoi spring rolls, Yunnan beef soup, and pangolin steamed with the first water of coconut, grilled thighs, Cantonese roast duck, etc. Furthermore, our restaurant also serves Van Nam spring rolls that can only be seen at Van Nam Restaurant due to its processing method.

Van Nam has a system including 2 restaurants with Restaurant No. 1 located at No.27B,  Ly Thuong Kiet street

and another at 17T6 Building, Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh Urban Area. Though having the same name as Van Nam, two restaurants have a different design and decoration. Van Nam Restaurant at Ly Thuong Kiet street features French luxurious style. The atmosphere inside is very cozy restaurant under the soft light of the electric lamps. From the dining tables, guests can watch the panorama of the city. The wall fences with the open space promises to bring guests an interesting, elegant and closed feeling.
