An additional VND2 billion will be allocated for a project to upgrade the Mong Phu communal house in ancient Duong Lam village, Son Tay town, northern Ha Tay province.

The money will be used to complete the construction of the communal house’s yard, front gate and surrounding walls, as well as the planting of trees.
